Maze Creator STD – Software to Help You Create Mazes
There are four different versions of Maze Creator available for your to download. There’s Free Maze Creator, Maze Creator Home, Maze Creator STD and Maze Creator PRO. These versions differ in the amount of money you have to pay for them and the amount of features you get. For example Free Maze Creator does not cost a thing, but offers the least amount of features. Maze Creator PRO is feature complete, but is the most expensive.
Out of the 4 versions, the original and most popular one is Maze Creator STD (simply referred to as Maze Creator). This version weighs in at some 3.5MB, so downloading it onto your computer should take but a moment. Once downloaded, you can easily and swiftly install the application on your Windows-powered computer.
In this regard you should know that Maze Creator works with the old but popular Windows XP operating system, the badly publicized Windows Vista operating system, and the latest iteration, the latest and greatest, Windows 7.
What can you do with Maze Creator? The name is a dead giveaway, but I am going to spell it out anyway: you can use this software application to create and design your own mazes. To aid you in this endeavor, the application comes with comprehensive Help files, preloaded sample mazes, and a simple, easy to use interface. In creating the maze you get to select the style, dimension, page width and behavior of the maze – this is all done via the Setup Maze feature. Once you’re done creating your maze, you can export it as a BMP, GIFF, TIFF or EMF – you can insert the maze image in a newsletter, or you can put it on your website. Alternatively you can just print out the maze.
Maze Creator is a software application developed by Gregory Peatfield. Just o put things n perspective, Gregory Peatfield was an engineering scientist for HP, Director Research and Development for GE Medical Systems/Deio Inc, and Program Manager for Arrow International's Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump.
For the puzzle fan, Maze Creator offers the option to create, export and print his own mazes. The application is quite easy to use and works with all Windows versions.
